okay guys....we made it!! we got into Ghana at about 8:20 and didnt get out of customs till a good hour and a half later. But we are safe, we made it to the village, and I cant wait till the morning comes! Well im going to bed, but I just wanted to let everyone know we made it :]

Well i think it comes without saying that Africa has captured my heart. After spending the last two summers in Ghana, West Africa...I knew it was a place God was calling me to be. This time around however, I will be taking on a new journey, one that will begin in Cape Town, South Africa. I want to use this blog to keep in contact with all yall back home and hopefully give anyone who reads this the opportunity to walk in my shoes, get to know the people i learn to love, and witness through me the wonders of God's plan for the people of South Africa.
